- Your order will be shipped from our warehouses located in Toronto, ON, Canada or Buffalo, NY, the United States depending on where you want us to ship. Occasionally we may ship some backorders from our Toronto Warehouse to U.S. However, we guarantee that all the orders placed on our website are free of duties/brokerage charges. We will be responsible for any duty and/or brokerage incurred for orders shipping to U.S. and Canada. For orders shipping to other countries, please check with your local authority about applicable duty and/or brokerage before placing an order.

- Returns, Refunds & Replacements

may return any of the following items to us, for any reason, for a full refund

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 14 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Amazon.ca. We cannot exchange items.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:
We can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds:
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Returning Electronics
Electronics purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
